The Annual Meeting was held on February 24, 2019 at noon at the office of AIA Property Management, 2018 E. Edgewood Drive, Lakeland, FL 33803.

We have enclosed a statement for owners who still have a balance on their account according to our records. If you have paid, please contact our office so we can update your account. 

Please note dues are payable by February 28, 2019. Late fees and/or interest will be added if not paid in a timely manner. 

The board has asked us to mention a couple items that have been brought to their attention in the community: 

1. All pets are required to be on a leash per Polk County Leash Law. 

2. Owners are also required to pick up after their pets per county ordinance. 

3. Speeding in the community has become an issue. Please slow-down and stop at designated STOP signs.
